The staff (especially Cindy Watts who usually helps me with my policy) are extremely friendly and helpful, and I’ve always come away with a smile whenever I’ve had to contact them for any reason. Just recently, I went into contract on my first home and added my fiance and his car to my auto policy, and they made it incredibly easy (and a great deal, too!) to switch from renter’s to homeowner’s insurance and add another vehicle.
Even though I now live about 80 miles from Beavercreek, I can’t imagine switching from them to have someone closer. Dan, Cindy, and the rest of the staff treat me like family, and I can’t imagine they do less for any of their other clients.
