The staff (especially Cindy Watts who usually helps me with my policy) are extremely friendly and helpful, and I’ve always come away with a smile whenever I’ve had to contact them for any reason. Just recently, I went into contract on my first home and added my fiance and his car to my auto policy, and they made it incredibly easy (and a great deal, too!) to switch from renter’s to homeowner’s insurance and add another vehicle.
Even though I now live about 80 miles from Beavercreek, I can’t imagine switching from them to have someone closer. Dan, Cindy, and the rest of the staff treat me like family, and I can’t imagine they do less for any of their other clients. “I became aware of the Matulka Insurance Agency when I had a long time friend become a roommate after my husband had passed away. I was facing a myriad of new challenges as a widow. My husband had handled all of our insurance issues. My friend introduced me to the Matulka Agency and they were able to help me by not only finding me good insurance coverage but by reducing what my previous insurance was charging. Subsequently, the next year, they got with me and adjusted my coverage for my condo insurance to get it in line with the proper amount of coverage which did increase my premium but they made sure I was covered properly.
